Scope
These terms apply to the use of vernova.be and, unless agreed otherwise in writing, to any collaboration with Vernova (company number ON 1041.588.968).
Quotes and pricing
Prices mentioned on this site or in conversation are indicative and non-binding. A concrete, binding proposal only follows a conversation about your exact needs, in a written quote.
Project delivery
The approach, timeline and scope of a project are agreed per client - see also our process. Changes to the agreed scope during the project may affect price or timeline; we always discuss this with you first.
Intellectual property
The delivered website and associated designs become the client's property after full payment of the agreed price, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Vernova retains the right to showcase finished work as a reference, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Liability
Vernova carries out its services with care, but is not liable for indirect damages (such as lost revenue). Vernova's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the relevant invoice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district where Vernova is established have jurisdiction.
